Wire Saw Mining Machine description
There are many factors which effect the usage of diamond wire saw machine during the block mining. The main factors are diamond wire saw and parameters settings. Here we will share with somethings like life time of wire saw beams, cutting speed setting of the beams, distance of each wire saw beams on the wire, model designing and life time of the wire. these are all important factors which effect the diamond wire saw machine operation.
1: One usual reasons to cause unuse of the machine is using a wrong diamond wire saw, it is incorrect setting and design in the wire body, distance between each beams, model designing. For example, a wire saw with too much high density of diamond will cause the wire to have a bad cutting capacity and it cause low wire sawing speed.
2: Some time the wire saw break during the block mining, this is because we use a wrong parameter or bad quality of wire saw. It means the connection between rubber & plastic and diamond beams are not firm. In this case,the wire saw will break in short after the block mining. This is maybe because the wrong usage of curing agent.
3; When the machine is cutting quarry for block mining. If the cutting layer of beads is peeled off from the bead steel body, it is usually improper to choose the matrix or incorrect sintering parameters. Usually incorrect cold pressing process is also the reason for spalling. Sometimes, due to improper dewaxing process, paraffin penetrates between metal matrix and bead steel body. Sometimes this problem is also related to improper cleaning of bead steel body.
4: The loose and weak combination of beads is usually the signal of problems in injection moulding. It may also be the improper selection of wire saw or the improper cleaning of diamond beads, which will lead to the improper bonding between beads and injection moulding/injection rubber.
