Common problems in granite saw blade cutting:
Cutting and burning: the stone sawing machine saw blade body is too hard, the diamond falls off improperly or the diamond blade height is not enough;
Cutting spark: the spark phenomenon is also caused by improper diamond distribution, or the matrix is too hard, too soft will also be affected;
Cutting drop: the sintered body of granite saw blade is loose, and material segregation will cause the drop of saw blade in the cutting process;
Cutting skip blade: improper diamond shedding in granite saw blade will cause skip blade, because the diamond is not evenly distributed in the matrix, some places are too concentrated, and some places are too few;
Not sharp cutting: during the heating and sintering process of granite saw blade, the changes of sintering structure and mechanical properties caused by temperature gradient between tooth tip and tooth root, powder activity state and material distribution difference at low melting point.
In general, the higher the hardness of the binder, the stronger its wear resistance. Therefore, when sawing the abrasive rock, the binder hardness should be high; When sawing soft rock, the binder hardness should be low; When sawing hard and abrasive rock, the hardness of the binder should be moderate.
In the process of sawing granite saw blade, granite special saw blade is affected by axial force and tangential force. Because of the action of force in circumferential direction and radial direction, the granite saw blade is wavy in axial direction and disc in radial direction.
These two kinds of deformation will cause granite saw blade rock section is not straight, stone waste more, when sawing noise, vibration intensified, resulting in granite agglomeration early damage, granite saw blade life reduced.
