Bridge Cutter Machine Description

This machine blade can go up and down with max 200mm, and the whole bridge part can moving left right smoothly and stable. Side beam of this machine is design with screw guides which is very precision even many years working. It can cut many kinds of stone materials such as marble granite quartz and others. The table of this bridge cutter machine can rotating at 90 degree or 360 degree automatic, and it can move up 85 degree for slab loading and unloading. Some customers may buy another jib crane machine to work with this machine.
It is really an easy job to operate the bridge cutter machine, on the side part of machine you can find a computer screen,customers can type size of slab which you are going to cut like 600*600mm or 400*500mm etc. You can max set 10 group of size on computer screen. After you confirm the cutting size on the computer screen, you will have to set the blade at the slab, in this part we can use manual model and drive the blade to be close the slab and then you press the start button to let machine do the cutting. After one side cutting, you may need to cut another side, you just need to make the table rotation and turn slab into another side and then continue to cutting.
